Limited Warranty For Items Purchased From Bronco Motors Official

Warranty changes over time, we have all rights not to inform you about the changes to our warranty, terms and conditions, privacy

  • The website www.broncomotors.co also stands for 'BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL'.

  • 'Product(s)' stands for item(s) purchased from the website: www.broncomotors.co. 

  • 'Limited warranty' and 'Warranty' also stands for manufacturing warranty, any forms of a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.

  • 'Defective product(s)' stands for non-working product due to the manufacturer's human error.

  • 'Manufacturer' is BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL.'

  • 'Customer(s)' refers to personnel(s) who purchased product(s) from BRONCO MOTORS OFFICAL.

Limited warranty issues:

  • BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL only provides limited warranty for manufacturing defects within 7days/182days/365days after delivery to the shipping address given during the purchase. The warranty depends on the one you choosed when you make a purchase. (Any part of the product(s) that is replaceable.) Logistical damage(s) video to be provided within 24hours after delivery to your address).

  • Definition of Limited Warranty: Any parts that is replaceable due to manufacturing defects/design issue, NOT DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR!
  • BRONCO MOTORS OFFICAL will take responsibility for any logistical damages caused by our courier service. However, video proof of unboxing has to be emailed to us within 24 hours after courier service delivered your parcel. The parts that are damaged during the delivery of your parcel, you do not need to pay anything, we will sent replacement over as soon as possible.
  • Any lost of parcel during the delivery due the courier or after the courier has gotten your signature and left your delivery address, please contact your courier service/police of your country for assistance. BRONCO MOTORS OFFICAL ARE NOT responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred for any lost parcel after the signature of your parcel is uploaded on courier service official website.

  • Any manufacturing defects, with VIDEO proof, we will assist you with the warranty. You will have to pay the logistical charges from our warehouse to your address. You have to repair yourself and guidance is provided if needed.

  • We DO NOT provide/cover any kind of warranty for the following circumstance:

    • Any form of damage(s) to the product(s), [Eg: improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, abuse, improper installation, or any other acts which are not the fault of BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL.]

    • Any form of water/liquid/substance damaged to the product(s),

    • Any form of solid item(s) damaged to the product(s),

    • Any form of modification to the to the product(s),

    • Any form of personalization to the product(s),

    • Any form of rider falling down accidentally and damaged to the product(s),

    • Product(s) used for commercial purposes including but not limited to leasing/hiring, use in competition(s) etc. 

    • Any form of defects or damages resulting from use of the product(s) other than its normal and customary manner as stated in the user manuals accompanying the Products.
  • Any form of injuries, deaths, accidents, BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Any defective components will be replaced with NEW or FACTORY REBUILT items. Warranty components will be ship to the customer in working condition (tested in our factory), BRONCO MOTORS OFFICAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred when customer received not working.

  • Products or components that had been repaired or replaced of the above will be covered for the balance of the warranty period.

  • Any form of illegal usage of the product(s) purchased from BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL. BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Customer(s) or user(s) of the product(s) sold by BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL is/are not complying their country's law and regulations, BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Any form of borrowing/lending of the product(s) to other user(s), BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Any form of collateral by customer(s) or user(s), BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Any form of stolen/misplace product(s), BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred.

  • Any form of fire incurred by the product(s), BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL are not responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cost incurred. (Please purchase fire insurance and also leave your product(s) outside the house, do not cause fire hazard.)

Disclaimer(s):

  1. The customer(s) understand the risk of serious injury or death during the operation of such products. Customer(s) must agree to take the necessary precautions and exercise good judgement to avoid any form of hazards and dangerous situations which may result in serious injury or death or damage to properties. 

  2. The customer must agree to indemnify and hold harmless to BRONCO MOTORS OFFICIAL from all injuries or death arising from the operation of the product(s).

  3. The use of safety and protective gear(s) such as reliable and certified helmet(s), elbow guard(s), knee guard(s),hand glove(s), shoulder pad(s), top(s) and bottom(s) is/are strongly encouraged. And so is the use of Good Judgement.

  4. The customer is advised to take the following precautions:

    1. Do not ride on wet/liquid/substance ground(s) or in any form of rain;

    2. Take corner(s) slowly and look out for pedestrian(s);

    3. Avoid potholes, kerb(s) and debris on the ground;

    4. Keep tire(s) pumped to the specified pressure;

    5. Dismount the product(s) in place(s) with heavy human traffic and push it manually;

    6. Service the product every 1 months on regular usage, 3 months for non-frequent usage;

    7. Respect local road regulations

    8. Check battery voltage and behaviour everyday

  5. Customer(s) are to note that product(s) includes any form of battery, there is a fire hazard and it will caught in fire anytime in life.
